FCHS Seniors: WIN Assessment Oct. 27–29

FCHS Seniors Prepare for WIN Career Readiness Assessment

Fairfield Central High School seniors will participate in the WIN Career Readiness Assessment October 27–29, 2026.

The WIN assessment measures real-world skills and helps students demonstrate their readiness for success beyond high school. Students will complete four timed assessments in Math, Reading, Data, and Essential Soft Skills. Students also have the opportunity to earn nationally recognized WIN Work Ready and Essential Soft Skills credentials.

Students Should Come Prepared

The assessment will be completed online. Seniors should:

  • Bring their charged district-issued device each day.
  • Get a good night’s sleep and eat a nourishing breakfast.
  • Arrive at school on time, except in cases of illness.
  • Follow testing directions and read each question carefully.
  • Stay calm, focused, and do their best.
  • Do not bring personal devices used for communication, timing, or imaging into the testing location.

Families can support students by encouraging good rest, attendance, punctuality, and a positive mindset throughout the testing period.
