What is 2FA?
It’s an extra step to keep your account safe, like what banks use.
Why do I need it?
Passwords can be stolen if you:

Use the same password on many sites

Download unsafe software

Click bad email links
2FA helps protect your account even if your password is stolen.
How does it work?

Enter your password like normal.

Then, use a Security Key that you plug into your computer’s USB port and press a button.
How does it help?
Even if someone gets your password, they still need your Security Key to log in.
Getting Your Security Key:

The tech team will give a Security Key to every employee by July 31.

Keys will be handed out at each school.
Lost Your Security Key?

We can give you a temporary code after confirming who you are.

If needed, we’ll check with your supervisor or principal.
